Matig hotel. Kamer 327 gehad, laatste in een lange gang. Meerdere pogingen nodig om de deur open te krijgen. Gemeld bij de receptie. Was bekend probleem maar lastig op te lossen omdat bij vervanging dan blijkbaar alle sloten vervangen moeten worden. Behang los. Gat in dekbedovertrek. Airco werkt niet. ( foutcode CH 05 ). Deuren kledingkast sluiten niet goed. Matrassen ( pocketvering ) zijn veels te zacht. Restaurant ongezellig. ( tafeltje 13, tegen een scheidingswandje bank en 1 stoel ) Eten ook matig. Niet warm. Biefstuk ( kogel ) taai en niet warm. Smaakte nergens naar. Aardappelgarnituur waren mini aardappeltjes in schil, ook weer niet warm en niet lekker. Bediening matig. Lang wachten tussen de gangen. Toetje wel prima .Ontbijt 1e ochtend magertjes. 1 soort uitgedroogde kaas. croissantjes op. Personeel even pauze blijkbaar. Na hun pauze weer croissantjes in de oven! 2e ochtend stuk beter. Meerdere soorten beleg en kaas en voldoende brood/croissants. Kortom 1e keer en laatste keer. Volgende avond maar gaan eten in Venray stad bij TOF, super lekker. Vreemde factuur bij uitchecken. Early inchecken en late uitchecken a € 35 . Oorzaak zou bij Voordeeluitjes liggen? Ook voor het eerste via Voordeeluitjes geboekt. Doen we dus ook niet meer.

Dit hotel is een aanrader, de locatie is zeer goed, prachtig pand en erg fijn personeel.
Onze directe ervaring was het personeel smorgens bij het ontbijt, wat een spontaan ontvangst, erg gastvrij, ze doen alles om de gast blij te maken! Een woord, Top!

Die Heizung auf den Zimmern ist abgestellt ( im Winter). Heizen nur über Air-condition möglich. Man sieht das Renovierung und Instandhaltungen ausstehen. Das Essen und der Service sind gut. Frühstück ist so la la.
