酒店環境和造景都很美，酒店房間寬敞舒適比照片顯示的更好。酒店的服務很好，餐也好。交通方面，雖然大鱷温泉JR班次少，但JR站很温馨，有取暖設備，站外有足湯，還可以逛逛温泉小鎮，所以等待的過程並不無聊。當時通過攜程預訂了下午3：10分的酒店接站巴士，實際上2點半酒店就來接了。界津輕最有特色的是蘋果温泉和户外雪地湯。

對整體體驗都非常滿意。員工友善又貼心。飯後有輕津三味線表演，值得一讚。唯露天溫泉比想像中小了一點，室內溫泉加入了青森蘋果。

Very beautiful clean hotel with great apple onsen bath! Excellent dinner and breakfast. Shamisen performance was entertaining too. We enjoyed staying here!

星野飯店服務態度的確讓人有賓至如歸的感受，環境清幽，餐點精緻賞心悅目，每道料理都充分將當地農產品特色展現恰如其分，蘋果入浴是青森界輕津的特色，泡起來有淡淡的蘋果香！非常適合放鬆慢遊的地方。

星野系列裏較弱的一間酒店，但不難看出已經“極致”。露天温泉的風景、裝飾的燈籠、三味線的演奏都已經全力以赴了，特別是看到了他們對《三國》的趙雲的理解🌹對温泉種類的説明🌹暢飲的蘋果🍎汁…難忘
