They charged us $75 fee for pets, which was unexpected. After being surprised by the additional charge, the staff was rude to us. The room has loud air conditioning systems. We asked to change the room, but the second room has similar issues. At the end we decided to not change the room but just leave the air conditioning off. Breakfast was okay. We didn't get the room with the river view.

Have stayed here several times in past few years while traveling through. It's the best of the 3 hotels that are right along the main street in close proximity to one another. Rooms are big, so are bathrooms (plenty of counterspace, always a plus), beds comfy, and the breakfasts are outstanding. We did have one issue this time: stayed on 2nd floor, place essentially empty, but there was another guest in room above us who made lots of noise from about 9 pm - 11:30 pm. We called front desk to complain, front desk person said they'd call the offending room. We didn't hear a phone ringing upstairs, and noise continued. Besides this excessive noise, the noise from person walking around upstairs was very noticeable - so unlike most Hampton Inns.

Great neat clean room. Attentive staff. Nothing negative stood out.

The hotel was fine, clean, newly renovated, but ******* deserves a negative rating for a bait and switch operation in which the app showed a price for the room that was $40 less than ******* actually ended up charging for the room. When the price jumps from $90 to $130, you have to question what's going on in their system. When I complained to *******, I was asked if I had checked the price AFTER I got the booking confirmation email!! Absurd.

Everything was great, as we’ve come to expect from Hampton Inn. Only thing I wish were different were a better draining tub and the covered area by the front door is not circular so it causes cars too pile up and have a hard time reversing back out during busy times.

Hilton’s are definitely one of the last places I’d stay at, and here in Owego, there were literally no other options. I will always be a Hyatt girly, and this visit proved my points!! We needed a handicapped room because one of our travel companions had mobility issues, we were given a handicap room near the elevator, but the room had 0 handicapped accessible accommodations inside. We had a bathtub for an elderly person that can’t step up into or out of a bathtub! We called down to get it straightened out and were greeted with nothing but attitude about the situation. They were informed upon booking that we needed an accessible room and that there were mobility issues! After getting moved to an accommodated room with an accessible bathroom with a shower and bar handles for the toilet, we realized the new room had no lamp shades! It was literally just a lightbulb out in the open! We laughed about and decided not to say anything because they were extremely rude at the desk towards us already. We needed extra towels for our showers and a pillow, and that was an issue that we were given attitude over as well. I definitely don’t recommend this location if you are handicapped and are traveling with mobility issues because your accommodation will not be taken seriously. Also, don’t stay here if you need any help from the front desk because they will just be rude and give you attitude any time you approach them. The rooms weren’t even that clean to act like they have the best hotel in the area.

Very super nice hotel the only complaint was the shower worst one I have ever had you could not turn the head to adjust the water and it was barely coming out. Beautiful remodeled rooms.
