Check in didn’t explain that a room key is needed for the elevator.
Room had a clogged sink and broken toilet seat plus a leaky shower. Floor slippery.
Light plug did not work and clock was bright and kept blinking.
Noisy rooms. Yelling on hall woke us at 3 am.
Good at bistro was good but not open all the time.
Staff was courteous!

Nice, but room had a musty smell at first. The bathroom floor was kind of slick as well. Overall good for our one night stay.

The hotel was very busy yet guiet. The pool and spa were well maintained and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location near many restaurants nearby.

Will not stay at this hotel again. First of all, NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. They have a small Cafe in lobby with BIG prices. Unacceptable when there are so many other options. Here 2 days & never saw anyone at the Cafe. Noticed no breakfast a day in advance, but they wouldn't let me cancel. They require 48 hours advance notice [most other hotels is 24 hours]. I reserved on the Bonvoy app, as I do all Marriott properties. However only this property wouldn't allow a mobile key. They said because I reserved with points....which I do every where else & every other place allows. The room fridges are absolutely tiny. Much smaller than dorm fridge. Might hold 6 pack of soda. No microwave which is practically standard these days. New build, so nice shower & modern. Other than that absolutely lame.

Check in was super easy and quick. The room was nice definitely was a little dirty in spots. The refrigerator didn’t work well at all and smelled like **** wasn’t too happy about that. But overall it was a decent hotel for the price and the area.

The hotel is nice overall but for one of the rooms we had to switch twice due to the smell int 2 of the rooms. There was a bad odor that wasn’t resolved after an ozone treatment. After waiting about a hour for the treatment to complete in the second room, the smell was still present. The third room they put us in was fine.
