Stayed from 3/24/23 til 3/28/23. Advised front desk that mattress was worn out and sagged to the middle. Their response was we will let the manager know. Nothing was done. Checked out and traveled to Dayton oh. Realized when we got to next hotel that we left my wife’s microbead pillow there. Called back to hotel and was told it was thrown away because it had her germs on it. Called back today to see if it was in lost and found. They said not there. If you have a lost and found why was it not put there? I would bet that the pillow is at one of the maids house!!!

The hotel was being renovated so it was very dusty. About 2:00 am I heard something scratching on the carpet and spotted a mouse climbing on my luggage. The pool was closed due to renovations. The lady that worked in the breakfast area was very friendly.

Shower door would not close. Carpet ripped and stained. Had not been vacuumed. Microwaved looked like it may have been the first one invented. But, the bed was clean and clean and comfy.

Tv didn’t work, comforter was dirty, room was cleanish and the overall condition of the property was poor.

The staff was very nice and helpful, but the two rooms that we were in weren’t very clean, I know that they are remodeling but the dust in the second room that I was in literally made me physically sick, the bathroom had hair in the shower and on the floor, all furniture was filled with dust, the housekeeper are not very good at their job as far as I could see, but as I said the front desk staff were very friendly and tried their best to accommodate
