Hotel under renovation. Pool closed with no notification. However the Staff was wonderful.

Don’t walk….run from this place. Seriously dilapidated. Undergoing a major renovation but they should have shut the doors instead of trying to accommodate guests around the construction. Nothing worked, vending machines empty, pool and whole floor was closed. Hallways smelled like ****, The staff was nice but in over their heads.

Horrible! No pool, no hot tub cockroaches. No parking it was either handicap or full of construction materials. The whole reason we chose those hotel was for the pool and hot tub which were under construction but they still charged full price.

Would not recommend they said they was in middle of remodel-don’t think that was the case. Also, did not have listed when booking. Covers was stained didn’t have enough towels/rags for everyone in room. Painted over plug ins, base boards was off and holes in walls. Screens on windows outside was torn coming off. Overall stretchy place will not stay again!

The pool was drained and the hotel was under construction. This was not disclosed at the time of booking. The numbers were taped to the doors. Then the room had holes in the wall and 2 of my daughters got STUCK in the shower because the door got stuck. I had to go in there and get each one out. The carpet was dirty, the tv didn’t work, and the chalk around the shower was molded. Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

I was in town overnight on business and needed a clean, affordable place to stay. That's exactly what you get here, a nice, clean,comfortable room with a huge comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful and it didn't break the bank. Doubt that I'll ever be in Owensboro again but if I am I know exactly where to stay!!!
