I picked this area based on location, as it was close to my friends I was visiting, and the area was so cute. It was easy to get downtown and Towson area quickly. The room was large enough to make me not feel claustrophobic. I loved the accessibility of the restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was a plus. Staff was friendly, always smiling, busy working. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

This place is Horrible I was double charged for one night the windows did not lock front desk was barely available and the mangers are incompetent lots of apar**ent complex near by so there is a lot of freeloaders at breakfast SAVE YOUR MONEY.

There were people across hall that kept their trash cans & used towels in hall at their door. I think this is not acceptable.
Hotel was maintained but barely.

Tajina and Jennifer provided great hospitality during my stay. I had a slight issue with my room, and they were very professional to remedy the situation and provide me with a different one. I appreciate how prompt they were, and I will absolutely be staying here again on my next trips. Thank you both!

I did not like that my room that I booked was not available when I checked in. My reservation was for Wed & Thur Night. I called on wed night to inform that I would not be coming until thur. The hotel rep said no problem, see you tomorrow. She stated that I would still be charged for both nights. The room I booked had grab bars in the shower for my handicap wife. The room I got was not. I asked for a shower chair and one was delivered. I was too big for the size shower. The whole set up was not conducive for a wheel chair bound person. The toilet was very low to the floor, which made it extremely difficult to get on and off. Also no grab bars near the toilet either. It was not a good experience.

It was a very convenient location. It is a good spot. The hotel is spotless with warm breakfast. The rooms are updated and well equipped. Our stay was nice.
