I never checked in, vehicle problems required cancelation of the trip. I went online to ******* to cancel the reservation and by mistake canceled the cancelation fee. Then I could not cancel the reservation. I contacted my credit card company and at present I still have to pay. It does not make sense to allow the cancelation fee to be canceled and not the reservations. I do not recommend ******* and presently will never use again!

Checked in at 4PM and met by a rude desk attendant, Morgan. Not friendly at all, borderline hostile. The second night a bus parked outside our window and left running. I called the desk and Morgan answered. She seemed like she didn't want bothererd with this. To confirm she would take care of it I asked again. At this point she snapped, "I said I would look into it". She was most unhelpful on everything The breakfast was great. All other hotel personnel were great. We had a suite with a wooden door between us and the next room. We could hear everything the people said.

The hotel itself is good. But there was a bunch of construction inside the hotel. Banging at all hours.. Probably should have put something on the website about it to warn people. I come out of our room and the carpet was tore up and workers right outside the door on all fours. I almost tripped over him.

Hotel was being renovated, which was fine. Our room was nice. Water pressure and shower head needs work. We had two nearly empty rolls of toilet paper and no backup. Other than that it was very nice. Nice new carpet and the AC worked beautifully!
