Pretty typical motel. Maybe more above average. Well kept for the most part. Lobby was mostly unusable due to construction. Beds were not that great in my opinion. Location was really good though. Lots of amenities nearby and close to ole miss.

Great location, room was very clean but when turned in the fan/ac unite it smelled of cigarette smoke and my kids picked up on it immediately. We just assumed it may have been a smoking room in the past. Can’t beat the location and price was good for being a very busy weekend in town.

Our room had a STRONG smell of cigarettes & possibly even ****. The comforters had burn holes in them, I’m assuming from the cigarettes. The pillow cases had stains on them. Overall just an uneasy stay. Would not recommend.

Booked here for a college tour at Ole Miss. First about that, while it states it is a 17 minute walk. You wouldn’t want to walk it. Not a very walkable busy road. The hotel is old in appearance and not very clean. My security chain to the door was broken. The lobby is locked at night and you have to speak thro7gh security glass, assign to the uneasiness. Hasn’t been updated in a very long time, TV didn’t work. If I couldn’t get a closer hotel next visit, I would go further out before staying here again.

No coffee machine in room. Microwave unusable. Advertised breakfast. Two choices of cereal, milk, coffee, waffles is not breakfast. No juice. No bread for toast. Ridiculous. Overpriced. Never again. Frequently stay in Oxford. Go to Batesville if everything is full. Don’t go here!!

Breakfast is not breakfast-just fruit loops and cheerios, a waffle machine, and coffee. No usb ports. Microwave didn’t work. No hairdryer. Staff was pleasant and helpful but they are new at this and need help and guidance from Wyndham. Disappointing.

Arthur at the front desk was lovely, and this was the only property available for the weekend, which I appreciated. The condition of the property was rough ; renovations from the takeover are incomplete but cleanliness still left something to be desired. A couple bugs, some residue on the bathroom walls, some stains on the couch. Overpriced because it was a football weekend, under normal circumstances I would never have paid almost 300 a night for this
