Hotel’s parking lot, entrance, hallways, and rooms were notably clean and maintained, as always. Upon arrival, staff gave a welcoming greeting and began check in, and gave essential information about your visit with them.!

We are here for graduation and We payed for and requested a room on the first floor and ended getting a room on the second floor that stunk to high hell of smoke. We have never ever stayed at a hotel that stinks as much as this does, but what can we do but complain and NEVER EVER return to This hotel. We also requested a handicap room for our stepmother and they did not get that, and we booked 7 months ahead. All of the rooms the family stayed at stunk of smoke.

The property was in need of major improvements and the room was terrible. Very very dirty. The sheets were stained, spiders and other bugs were all over the room. I did not stay the night. I will not return.

Came for Morgan Wallen Concert. Paid over $150 a night so you would think it would be a decent place to stay. NOT! The room smelled like bleach but definitely not from it being cleaned. The bathtub had hair in it and on the floor. I went to Walmart and purchased Ajax and cleaned myself. Found a medication patch (USED) attached to the shower wall. One of the towels when opened up had hair in it. When getting breakfast downstairs, all of the yogurt was expired. Thankfully I looked before consuming. I would have went somewhere else but there was literally no where else around secondary to Morgan Wallen concert. It's sad when you are paying decent money for a room and feel disgusting to even be there in it. I will NEVER stay in a Super 8 room ever again. This establishment needs to DO BETTER!

Nice staff, room was absolutely horrible. I thought the reviews were exaggerated but my room smelled so strongly of smoke I was unable to sleep without going and buying a can of febreze and spraying half of it in the room and on all of the sheets. I saw a roach within 5 minutes of being in the room which was somehow the only one I saw. The microwave was completely rusted and missing the plate to spin your food on (wouldn't have used it considering the rust). Wouldn't stay here when you can spend 20 more dollars and be somewhere nicer.

This is a sh**hole! Furnishings are banged up and worn, refrigerator and microwave are rusty, surfaces are dirty, fan in bathroom coated in dust and hair, sheets look slept in, intense smell of smoke (was told it was non smoking room) so strong that I smelled it on my shirt the next day. Everything was so disgusting that I felt uncomfortable sitting on anything, much less sleep in the bed, didn't take a shower because it looked dirty. Horrible, horrible place.

First room was located in the back where it looked filthy and scary to be at come night fall. Got an inside room only for it to reap of smoke. Sink also had no hot water and the tub had no shower handle. Also, there was no phone to call the front desk. Had to sleep somewhere bc Marriott and other nice hotels were completely sold out due to having a game in town!

Spray the room for roaches cause they are mfin bad. Couldn’t sleep for trying to kill roaches
