Everything about this hotel is great. While it's officially a 4-star, it feels closer to a 5-star experience. Compared to other places in Europe, the rooms here are spacious, and the breakfast is better than what you'd find at most hotels and even many city restaurants. We arrived before noon, and the front desk upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early, even finding us an exceptionally quiet spot.

Great location! The hotel is beautiful, with its own estate and horse farm. Breakfast is plentiful, and the hygiene and shower facilities are excellent. Plus, there are Thames River walking trails nearby. It's perfect for a week-long stay in Oxford.

The hotel parking was super convenient, which was a big plus. The dinner tasted decent, but the service was quite slow; we waited over half an hour for our food. Room service also wasn't very prompt. I hope the hotel can improve service efficiency, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall guest experience.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and the rooms are clean. The only minor drawback is that the ventilation system is a bit old.

We booked a suite, and the size was decent. However, the room was really hard to find; thankfully, a cleaning staff member led us there. There was a section of stairs without an elevator. The hotel service was okay – nothing special. The complimentary dinner was served very slowly, but maybe that's just because we Chinese are used to a quicker pace, as the foreigners didn't seem to mind. There's a horse ranch right outside the hotel where you can take a walk. If you go further out, it's just a main road with no supermarkets or anything like that.

Extremely dissatisfied, absolutely furious!!!! When I checked in, I paid a £25 parking fee by card, and I have a screenshot of the transaction as proof. Yet, the hotel issued a parking fine through Sixt car rental and charged me £60! I demand the hotel withdraw the fine with the rental company and refund my £60!!!!!!
