The room was fabulous. Very comfortable. Very clean. Great bed. The bar was excellent ... great service, great selection, decent food options. The lobby area is huge and there are plenty of options for sitting and relaxing and/or working . Very hospitable staff.

Loved the location of this hotel. Within walking distance of the Oxford Square. Close to lots of dining and shopping. The Coop (bar/ restaurant) upstairs had great service and a view of Ole Miss and the Square. We'll definitely be back.

No dining or food options within The Graduate after 9pm, so you better eat early. As a traveler with a full and long day of work in Oxford, my only option for dinner was 9:30 ish. Ended up not eating in Oxford for 2 nights. Strange policy not to offer even an "after hours" limited menu to guest at the hotel.

The location is ideal for the university. The rooftop bar and its service were a highlight. The front desk was helpful. The room felt dark and dingy. The carpet and furnishings seemed worn. Air conditioner in room ran continuously and was very loud. We asked to change room because of the air conditioner noise and the front desk did their best to help. Unfortunately, the air conditioner noise in the second room was only slightly better than the first. Only a single bath towel was provided in the second room.

Horrible!! The room, smelled like cat pee. Had to have been water damage. No hot water to take a shower on a very important morning. No one at the hotel cared. No discount was offered. Save your money. It was a huge amount of money for such crappy experience.

What a horrible experience. There for 5 nights for a family wedding. No hot water for 4 of those nights. The staff was unconcerned and literally shrugged their shoulders when we expressed concern. Horrible management. Rooms were not cleaned for serval days at a time. No explanation. I hear it was once a good hotel. So sorry we stayed here.

Stayed here for a wedding. No hot water for 4 days .No room cleaners for 4 days. What a disappointment. Management was unconcerned and had the audacity to shrug their shoulders It was once a great hotel. Do not say there. The Oliver, which has had its problems in the past, is better now.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is in a great location with walking distance to the square with lots of shops and restaurants.
