I would never stay in this hotel ever again! i wouldn’t even pay 100$ to stay here. First of all i had to look for the person that was at customer service to check me in because she was nowhere near sight. On top of that she was not helpful at all, we had luggage and asked for a cart to carry our luggage she said they had none at the moment.. ok weird. We had to ask her where to park, how to get to our room .. and etc, Our room was in the 2nd floor, we get to 2nd floor and guess what? Our room wasn’t there!!! i called customer service and asked where our room was ? she says “oh theirs a twist so you have to come back to the first floor exit the building and go to the second building and go up the stairs, “thats where your room will be at” mind you , that building had no elevator !!!!! we had to carry our luggage go up and go back down because their was no elevator! Ok we are in our room settled down ready to go to sleep, their was non stop barking i called the front desk and asked them if they can tell whoever dogs they were to keep it low since it was 12 am and we were trying to sleep. She says “oh those dogs are from the house in the back of the hotel we cant do anything about it” Overall, save your money your better off at a Motel 6. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, worst courtyard marriott Ive stayed at.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights over a weekend in January 2024. We had a pretty good stay. The courtyard area was awesome, and we liked having our own balcony (all rooms get a balcony/patio). We wish the balconies were big enough for chairs though. The service at the bar/bistro was lacking. We had to wait about 20 minutes to get drink service on a Friday night, and this was because there was no one there to take our order. Our breakfast one day was made incorrectly, but we did get this adjusted. Drink service was better the second night, and breakfast was perfect the first morning so all in all, we had a good stay.

Great location near retail. Hotel is adjacent to freeway but not directly next to it which results little to no noise and or direct traffic out of parking lot Room was fantastic . Large and spotless . Wonderfull hotel and will definitely return
