The only down was the soap dispensary in the shower was not working. call front desk to get soap.

I enjoyed playing pool and they have two şuna the steam room was excellent for my sinuses jacuzzi was hot and wonderful after a long hours of work it is heaven to come to this hotel

When trying to book a one night spa retreat get away w my better half we were denied by the front desk saying there was no rooms available and needed to book 2 nights or more. After talking to a manager and booking a $1000 package we were given a room. This package included a king suite, got a junior suite that was smaller then expected. Champagne and strawberries in the room upon arrival which was not there. Couples massage which was wonderful. Spa personal were amazing. Our spa access was limited to 1 hour even though no one else was using it. Moving on to dinner, service was great but options weren’t great for a vegiterian. And although 1 round of drinks were included we payed for them but did get our free bottle of wine. There was broken furniture in the room and the rooms were a bit noisy from the customers in the hallway. Overall we were happy with our stay but other services seemed subpar considering how much we spent for a one night visit. We will try a visit again w hopes to better services

Hotel need major upgrade specially in the room too expensive to be paying that much money. Everything is more then 10 years old.
