SUPER HOTEL Premier Aso Kumamoto Airport

This hotel boasts excellent service. In the evenings, they offer drinks and complimentary rice soup. The large onsen bath is exceptionally clean! The pillows are readily available and very comfortable. They also have laundry, dryers, and billiards facilities. The hotel is new and doesn't use contactless cards; you just use a password.

Since it was close to the airport, I was able to enjoy a relaxing evening despite having an evening flight. The complimentary alcoholic beverages seemed like a very appropriate service for a good night.

The evening shift staff spoke fluent English and provided detailed explanations. The hotel offers a buffet cocktail service in the evening, which was a lot of fun. There's also a hot spring on the second floor. It was absolutely perfect!! I would definitely visit again if I had the chance. 👍

Unlike other hotels, the restaurant has a really nice atmosphere, and the breakfast is delicious!!

The hotel has a great location, very close to my business trip destination. The rooms are clean, and the service is undoubtedly excellent. The airport and train station are nearby, and there's a supermarket right next door, so I can buy medicine for 2 to 3 days without having to run around. It's perfect for business trips.

The staff were incredibly kind. As soon as I arrived at the front desk, they called me by name and provided detailed guidance. The staff member's name is Han Yeo-reum, and her Japanese name is Manatsu. Also, the welcome lounge, which operates until late in the evening, was excellent. The service, offering various beverages including alcohol along with snacks, was top-notch. The hot springs, which can be enjoyed in the evening and morning, are a major highlight of this hotel. I plan to stay at this hotel again in the future. Thank you.
