This was my first time staying here. The receptionist and restaurant staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious.
The bathroom door creaked a little, but everything else was good.
The room was clean. I was able to relax and have a quiet stay.
I will stay here again when I go to Kumamoto.

The location is good with restaurants and a very large market nearby.
It was disappointing that even though we stayed for 3 days, they only gave us water once.
Breakfast is also pretty good.
It is very clean as it is cleaned well every day.
