Food quality was very good. Rooms are also up to the mark. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Lawn garden and play area for kids are also well maintained. Overall had a great experience, will recommend everyone to stay here.

I stayed at MPT Hotel Highland, Pachmarhi with my four other family members including my parents and child from 26.12.2022 to 29.12.2022. The hotel is situated at the gateway of the hill station, which is very convenient to reach but still away from hustle and bustle of the busy marketplace. It’s a heritage British Barrack type room and we booked 2 rooms and stayed at room number 103 and 104. All the cottages are distributed over a large campus and are very well maintained. There is a garden which is also well maintained. They planted different kind of flowers which has good vibes to stay in. The garden flowers and fauna create blissful memories. It has a good play area for kids as well as an open gym. We stayed there during the year ending at the time of Christmas and every night, they arrange a bonfire and cultural function in the garden and offer dinner which was complementary though complementary dinner has not been included in our plan. The rooms are not very big but it's OK. Rooms were cleaned regularly. The property also has a bar. All the staffs were very polite and humble. Here I would like to mention a few more things about this property. It is the property closest to the market area (just 500 meters away) maintained by MPT. So, for any reason, if anyone has to go to the market then it is the best option to stay because the other MPT properties are far away. Though the marketplace is not very big, only a few stationary shops, very few private hotels to stay and some eating-out places. For a local day tour, one has to go to the Bison lodge for booking the car which is near the Hotel Amaltas, MPT and almost 2 km away from the property. But one thing should be kept in mind that apart from the jeep there is no other option to travel from one place to another in Pachmarhi and plenty of jeeps are available near the market area which is also an advantage for this property. For the other MPT property, it is very difficult to get the jeep as they are far away from the market place, especially in the evening. But at the same time, I should also mention that in the evening since there is no other activity so requirement for a jeep may be very less except to visit the Haat Bazar and the Laser Show at Hotel Amaltas, MPT. But I must mention here that Laser Show is very beautiful. Thus, in my opinion, it is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in Pachmarhi and I would like to come here again.

We have booked 3 rooms in Hotel Hignland and stayed from 31 .10.2022 to 02.11.2022. The hotel is perfectly maintained . We got what we expected. Neat and clean rooms, garden, warm hospitality. All the staff members are humble especially Mr Premsingh Rawat, the hotel in charge. He is ready to help any time and pay personal attention to every one. Food is also good, more variety can be added by adding wheat chapati which is thin in size and suitable for majority people, Juice etc . They arranged camp fire every night. My children enjoyed a lot in big and well maintained kids play area. Always recommend to family/friends. Thanks Hotel Highland, MPT ***agement and Mr Premsingh Rawat for making our stay memorable.

Warm welcome with utmost care, room was ready even at early check in, room were found very neat & clean with all required amenities. Hotel staff has been quite cooperative and pleasing. Property maintained quite appropriate. Its a heritage British Barrack type rooms with small 2 peeople sitting space. It was raining and Mr. Naik has provided umbrella to each person. That was demonstration of caring behavior and personal touch in this kind of Govt owned property unlike other Govt kinf of tourism hotels. Our family has stayed for 2 nights and we experienced very memorable times. We would definitely would like to stay with this hotel again.

I visited with my family this week.. and believe me they served with their heart out ! Not just one of the best but actually the best one in the whole Pachmarhi. There service, food, rooms, facilities, everything was just excellent. I request each one of you to definitely choose this place with no second thoughts ! Amazing place ... Just the right place for your trip.

It is amazing hotel with giving the guests the overview of the beauty of Panchmari and they even organize the live music and campfire at night to even help guests in socializing with each other and enjoy the weathering create the wonderful memories 🙂

Best hotel in Pachmarhi. They provide wonderful Breakfast, lunch and dinner. All the rooms are decent with good playing area for kids. Even the staff at the hotel are very courteous. Would definitely come to stay here again
