Staff was very responsive in a resolving a problem with the television not working.

The first night was not great, the shower would not drain and flooded the bathroom. Hotel could not fix the issue until day 2, we were given towels and asked to make a dam. The stand in shower has no drip rail and is directly connected to bathroom and main room so water got everywhere. Luckily the issue was solved day 2.

We come here every year for our wedding anniversary. Have been here the last four years and look forward to coming back! This is a very quiet, clean, and homey place to stay. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for a walk to the beach. Especially to watch the sunset. We look forward to our next visit.

After we returned to our room the first evening the TV was not working. I went to the office to report it and the clerk on duty said she would try to reboot the cable box. I thought someone would probably show up the next day to fix it but she came straight to our room and fixed it. Definitely great service

This was a fantastic property to stay at. Minutes walk to the beach. Very clean and quite pet friendly place. We will stay here again!

Thie Deer Haven is very nice only 1 thing i would change and that is the weak shower head other then that its a great place to stay. We walked all over to town to beach and to 17 mile drive and golf courses. great spot.

There was one bannister on one side of the outside stairwells. Cement stairs were in disrepair. I was very afraid of falling. Didn’t feel welcome at check in. Room interior was comfy and clean.
