I would have rated this excellent in all ways except that the TV didn't work and the young woman in charge did not know how to make it work, gave us incorrect information (two different sets of incorrect info) and had no one to contact to fix the problem. Finally for the 3rd night the gentleman who knew what to do got it turned on, but the only reason we really wanted it was for two shows the second night, so it was too late. TV was not the important reason we were there, but we did want to see certain shows. Front desk/Office personnel should know how to properly activate their TVs.
