It is considered the best hotel I have stayed in, but There is a fly in the oin**ent. When I extended my room, they did not clean the room for me. I reminded them repeatedly and no one came to clean it for me. This will seriously deduct points. The room is larger than the average and the price is relatively high. The toothbrush is very poor and the air drying is very bad. Clothes hangers cannot be hung externally, etc., they need to be improved. I hope Masson Pine Hotel will improve them. The hardware foundation is still good, but the software and service details need to be improved. There is a Vietnamese rice noodle diagonally opposite the hotel entrance that is delicious. There is accommodation. You can try it. The overall environment is elegant and suitable for vacation. I hope you will seriously improve it.

In terms of location, Mason doesn't need to be asked anymore. It's really delicious, the facilities are pretty good, there's also a lot of variety of food at breakfast. Honestly, we prefer the old Mason (during the pandemic we often stayed there) Last week we stayed at Mason again. The children's swimming pool is dirty with lots of fallen leaves. In water play, it's even worse. Full of leaves. There are no officers standing by around the pool to clean the surrounding area. The bathroom also smells like urine... I don't know where the smell comes from, but it smells bad. Outside the room there was also the same smell of urine. Just before showering I want to iron the hijab. Apparently it's not provided. With the rates we pay, there shouldn't be any more complaints like this. Management Mason, please pay attention again

I like the hotel very much, the staff is also very friendly. The facilities are a bit dated, but nothing is superfluous. The bed is relatively small, but the pillows and mattress are very comfortable and the hygiene is good.

The environment is very beautiful, and the hotel also has a Chinese restaurant, which is good. It's just a bit old and the decoration is rather shabby.
