Have some work in niser or iit bhubaneswar? this is the right hotel to stay back. Cool & calm. Recently found good food in restaurant rajarani.

Room is average. The heater and flush are not working. When we complained staff repaired the flush. But hot water is unavailable. Room service and restaurant is good. The food served are delicious. The restaurant opens at 10 am so we didnt get break fast.

Felt like only hotel around in the vicinity with good amenities. Very close to iit bhubaneswar but need to book auto for rs. 150 or 200. Niser is also nearby u can reach by walk auro 15-20rs auto going towards jatni/khordha rd. Station. Room service was good telephone intrrcom doesn't work due to some issue in wires but calling on their mobile numbers gets you the service. We got the room with balcony view towards iit bhubaneswar and it was beautiful. Ac takes some time to show effect but it works after some time.

It was terrible staying in the hotel. service was pathetic. AC wasn’t working. they don’t have proper backup for power cut. Fans working but don’t throw air entire room due to the placement. hotel staff not very cooperative. if we tell them the AC is not working and we sweating he responds saying that’s not my concern. it’s the way it is. if you don’t like u may leave.

Stay was comfortable but room not as per cost. The room was small and ac was not working properly, the room should had been charged below 1000rs
