Abbestellte Zimmerreinigung per Tablette im Hotelzimmer, aber kein Gutschein.
Im Waschbecken waren noch Haare vom „Vormieter“ daher etwas Punktabzug
Das Frühstück und die Bedienung dort waren Top!

Nice hotel, clean and tidy. On a quiet street next to a very large public car park and a 2-minute walk to the centre. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Staff friendly and attentive. Room on the first floor a bit noisy. All in all, definitely recommended for a short stay.

The hotel is located very close to the Paderhalle in the city center. Perfect if you are attending an event there. The reception was very friendly. I had one of the larger single rooms in the building next door. The room was well equipped and the size was perfectly adequate. Pleasant bathroom with natural light, but the shower curtain was a bit sp****; a solid partition would have been better. The floor-to-ceiling windows and the interior curtains in the bathroom are rather annoying. Good breakfast. Quick checkout.

I recommend adding two stools to the table and crockery since there were 4 of us and they weren't enough for everyone. For the rest everything was pleasant

Be careful with this hotel! We booked and paid for the Hotel Ana Fleur several days in advance through a well-known travel booking portal: 1 apar**ent plus 1 single room. When we arrived, the apar**ent looked like this (see photo). As a guest, would you want to stay there - in this room - and (have to) pay a corresponding price? In any case, we did not want to move into the room - it was not particularly clean either. An alternative - namely two double rooms instead of an apar**ent - was repeatedly rejected by the hotel management! The intervention of the travel agent (who of course also insisted on two replacement rooms) was also ignored. We then left the hotel and moved to another one. To top it off, weeks later the hotel also deducted the prepaid (unused) booking for the single room from the credit card. What kind of service - what kind of attitude is behind it? A legal dispute is imminent - I will report...;-)

Beautiful old building with plenty of charm. No frills but it did have a small fridge and nicely updated bathroom. Wish I could have stayed another day, very cool place.
