Lovely hotel in a fab location - lots of restaurants just outside of hotel and the town centre and Dom just a short stroll away. The staff were great and very helpful. We stayed in a suite and the sofa bed was made up for our daughter. The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was amazing with both a walk in shower and a jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was lovely offering both continental and some hot dishes. There is no parking on site but the hotel provides you with a pass for the public car park close by. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely stay here again

Das Hotel ist schön, klein und fein, die Mitarbeiter bei Anreise zuvorkommend. Sauberkeit ist super, Bett fühlte sich gut an zum Ausruhen. Was mich weniger gefalle hat, ist das ich mein Gepäck im Hotelzimmer hinterlassen habe und dies dann erst einen Tag später wieder abholte. Das Gepäck war natürlich noch vorhanden und wurde mir überreicht. Ich musste für die Nacht, die das Gepäck dort verbracht den Preis einer vollen Übernachtung zahlen. Die Freundlichkeit beim Abholen, wie soll ih sagen, war sehr verbesserungswürdig. Ich würde dem Hotel empfehlen, eine vorab Kreditkartenbelastung einzuführen, damit in solchen fällen keine Panik ausbricht und ein üblicher Betrag für solche Fälle abgerechnet werden kann. So könnte auch bei Überbuchung die Zufriedenheit der Kunden, so wie in meinem Fall anfangs sehr positiv überrascht aber bei Abreise sich etwas diskriminiert fühlend, verbessert werden.
