Excellente adresse pour une étape. Hôtel très bien situé à proximité du centre et moins de 15mn de la gare si l on veut se rendre à Venise. Chambre spacieuse.Très bon accueil.Bon petit déjeuner. Seul bémol l insonorisation de la chambre surtout quand des noctambules rentrent à 4h45 et discutent 1h( prévoir boulesquies).

Ottimo in Tutto! ottima accoglienza ottimo nella qualità prezzo. Ho apprezzato molto l’aria famigliare che si respira nel servizio, l ampio parcheggio, la pulizia delle stanze. Struttura nuova. Tornerò sicuramente! Complimenti per tutto.

Io e mio marito siamo stati in questo albergo x 2 giorni,21 e 22 dicembre 2023.Mattia il proprietario è un ragazzo giovane ma,preparato molto disponibile e gentile. La struttura è molto carina e tranquilla Ben curata nei dettagli. Soprattutto la pulizia dell'ambiente,camera bagno etc.Parcheggio privato .Grazie Mattia x tutto,ritorneremo.

appena fuori dall'autostrada, accesso facile e veloce, ma comunque a ridosso del centro e molto vicino alla stazione, comodo ed ampio parcheggio. La struttura è gestita dal proprietario che è semplicemente stupendo e gentilissimo. La struttura è forse datata, ma curatissima e molto pulita, la nostra camera era molto grande, confortevole, non mancava nulla, insonorizzazione ottima, ci siamo realmente trovati molto bene! Colazione gestita sempre direttamente dal proprietario e qualche collaboratore, spazio minimo, si organizza per turni, presumo due camere per turno, essenziale ma bene assortita tra dolce e salato, direi anche qui tutto perfetto, non abbiamo usufruito in pieno per via della cena a casa di amici la sera prima! Check out rapido e cortese, e con grande, grande disponibilità nell'accontentare il cliente!

Locazion da Oscar. Camera positano adatta a persone con disabilità. Siccome il mio compagno è diversamente abile questa camera è il non pluls ultra x lui.. ampia , spaziosa, sci si puo muovere agevolmente con carrozzina elettrica. C è posto per muoversi anche con un sollevatore portatile soprattutto in bagno.. mattia e la sua famiglia sono cordiali e attenti ai bisogno di tutto i clienti.. consigliamo questa struttura a tutto i portatori di handicap xche c è tutto quello che abbiamo a casa nostra... ed in un luogo di vacanza è tanta roba... ritorneremo!!

Casanova… Not a hotel or a B&B. Cash only. No breakfast (a few mini packaged items roll/crackers/pastry in room with sugary juice box), no coffee (odd there was a community kitchen with coffee machine but he wouldn’t let us have any coffee pods), thin walls, noisy streets with sirens throughout the night, small rooms with too big bed frame which we hit our legs below the knees OUCH! Mattress 6” flat terrible that doesn’t fill the big frame, no box spring. The floors weren’t flat as they sloped strangely. Shampoo packets but no conditioner. The gentleman didn’t speak any English and wasn’t Italian as he spoke broken Italian giving us a room and kitchen tour (we arrived in the evening departed 7am). This place is a set of rooms on a floor of an apar**ent building. You have to beg him to use the wall unit air conditioner (requires remote control to operate). There was really absolutely no excuse for not letting us have coffee, ridiculous!!!

Mi sono sentita come a casa, il sig. Mattia è gentilissimo e super disponibile. La permanenza è stata molto gradevole, tutto ristrutturato, camera con balcone, bagno con finestra, letto comodo, nessun rumore, Colazione ricca, genuina e abbondante. Comodo al centro anche a piedi (15 minuti) pur essendo fuori dal caos cittadino. La cortesia è di casa. Lo consiglio vivamente. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Grazie sig. Mattia!

Soggiorno per lavoro di una sola notte. Hotel a conduzione familiare, proprietario disponibile e gentile, camere e bagno puliti e ordinati. Situato a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, dalla parte opposta rispetto al centro città, la zona circostante non offre granché, ma l'hotel è comunque situato vicinissimo a fermate del bus, ha un parcheggio privato e dispone di una pizzeria di altra gestione al piano terra, comoda per chi non voglia spostarsi alla sera. Consigliato!
