Don't let the appearance of the derelict building scare you. CASAMIA has been renovated and the premises are very clean. It's also situated at an excellent location, just 3 minutes away (on foot) from the train station.

I would not call it an hotel. Breakfast is deposited in a box the afternoon for the next morning. You have a juice, 2 sorts of croissant, a banana, the or cafe:that's all folks. No cleaning of the room, no change of towels , not even making the bed. If you want such a thing you have to call the owner. Once I arrived in the room and she was opened. They forgot to close it when they deposited the breakfasts. The furniture and bed is quite cheap staff. No television. There is no reception and you have to call to get in. As soon as booked I received an email that said I could not pay with credit card. How can a real hotel work whitout it. If weeks after this post you get the same msg, then probably it'sa way of avoiding taxes, which could be not fear against other hotels. Positive it's 300m from the train station. It's on the forth floor of a building . The neighbourhood is not great but did not seem dangerous. The owner is kind. The price could be a bit cheaper for what you get.
