Stay in the beautiful heart of Padua city centre, with countless shops, restaurants, and medieval sights a 10-minute walk from our doors. We're less than two kilometers from the University of Padua, Scrovegni Chapel, and the Basilica of St. Anthony. Our hotel offers sunlit meeting space, a 24-hour fitness center, and on-site laundry facilities.

I have rarely stayed in such a large room with such unsatisfactory design and contents. Even a basic budget hotel always has a place to stand a suitcase effectively. If a safe is provided,it will always be large enough to hold a camera.Window cills do not have over a one inch gap from the wall ,so admitting unwanted light. Apart from the total omissions, there were a couple of really slovenly management failings. The builders’ red plastic packing wedges between floor and wall fittings were still in place. The bidet was emitting a strong drain smell, as the trap seemed to have dried out through disuse by the occupants , and the housekeeper had failed to run any water through. The things I merely thought very poor for a four star hotel were numerous-the inappropriateness for a hot climate of the giant duvets and clinging soft topped mattresses, the lack of any work space( only “ desk” was occupied by ridiculous flashy kettle),poor bedside tables, and the bathroom - huge, but no bath. The reception staff were not very bright, and gave me a “map” with an incorrect street name at the hotel location! The breakfast had nothing in common with the attributes of the room- just a standard “ International” type with no failures. I am at present in an “Ibis” hotel somewhere even hotter than Padova. It is superior in every way ,except that it fails to look flashy. They even have a map.

The hotel is strategically located 50 meters from the train station and 2 minutes walk. It is also very close to the city center, 900 meters away, about 10 minutes walk. You can walk from various attractions. Although it is very close to the train station, the room is very quiet, the hotel staff are very warm and friendly, the breakfast is very rich and delicious. The room was clean and tidy and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and bright. I will come over when I have time.
The NH Padova hotel, formerly known as NH Mantegna, is in the perfect location for exploring the city. The main train station is 900m from the hotel and gives guests easy access to the surrounding areas. The university and business districts are also within easy reach. The NH Padova features stylish and modern design complete with Andrea Mantegna reproductions throughout. There are 190 contemporary rooms with chic leather armchairs and designer fixtures in the bathrooms. Every morning we serve a delicious fresh breakfast buffet where you can order eggs any style and enjoy a variety of sweet and savory options. The Parnaso restaurant is on the 12th floor and offers beautiful views of Padua from the outdoor terrace. Enjoy one of the local or international dishes al fresco or in the sleek minimalist atmosphere of the restaurant. Our bar is a casual space where guests can enjoy a snack with their favorite cocktail or a try a traditional Italian wine. The hotel also has 8 meeting rooms for up to 160 people.

As expected of a luxury hotel, the service from the staff, the bed and the furniture were all excellent and I was able to rest well. However, it took a long time for the bathtub to drain and the refrigerator wasn't cold, which was a bit of an issue. I wish I had noticed that at the beginning... But everything else was very satisfying!

The photos of the hotel internally is nothing like it is now so don’t expect what you see. The staff were exceptional, friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Nothing detrimental on their behalf and our room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable.Aircon was ok but doesn’t go below 20 so I think the summer temperatures might have a struggle. However! The wellness centre is closed completely. The pool is closed. for private functions only . The bar closes early. Breakfast is …..well the reviews were not wrong. We tried the restaurant….when it was open ( closed during our visit more than once) set menu, costly and …..like the breakfast, lacking in quantity. The bar has no ambience and the chairs are boardroom style and uncomfortable. This is not our first BW hotel stay but it very nearly could be.

Location was initially hard to find, but I saw a sign on the street pointing the right way to go. My directions gave two ways to go. The first involved going uphill and there were bikes whizzing by, so it wasn't very good if you have luggage. The other was flat and went by a bunch of people hanging out in the street. I didn't feel threatened but it isn't the best area in this lovely city. I don't know what it's like after dark. Basically, you take a right at the McDonalds, walk down the street past the Ethnic Market (a larger convenience store where I bought Coke Zeros several times) and follow the street around to the roundabout, take a right and go about 2-3 blocks. Staff was pleasant, helped with a safe issue (a prior occupant had left it locked) and kept their cool when I spilled some Coke Zero on the floor when retrieving my luggage that I had left after checking out. Internet was good, safe was a good size, and breakfast was good in terms of quality and quantity. There is a restaurant in the hotel that was closed Sunday night. We were very tired one night and ate there and we were glad that it was available. There isn't a lot around the hotel but it was a short walk to a nice area that had a lot of restaurants . We also were able to walk to a laundromat in the area as well as all of the tourist attractions. One curious thing about the hotel was that the room numbers were on the carpet instead of being on the door.

Before our trip I read a lot of comments that hotel is pretty old and tired. But when we arrived we realized that hotel has been renovated. All the rooms are modern, fresh and cozy. Hotel has good parking, tasty breakfast on the last floor with the nice view. Rooms have comfy beds and balkonies with the good view. Location is not far from the city center and train station. From the last one you can easily reach to Venice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I can defintelly recomend this hotel for couples and families with kids and grand parents.

Stayed overnight for the second time. I didn't like the room - the door to the bathroom didn't open, there was no mini-fridge in the refrigerator compartment. Clean. The windows looked out onto the parking lot. Noisy. Sound insulation suffers. The neighbors made it difficult to sleep at night.

5 Stars isn’t quite enough! This is a breathtakingly beautiful hotel. Filled with a tremendously talented and dedicated team who treat you like family and aren’t satisfied until they have knocked your socks off:) From the moment you pull up outside until you turn in your keys and bid arrivederci to the AMAZING team at the Abano Ritz Terme, be prepared to be blown away at every opportunity. The ambiance is sophisticated and serene. The pool and the grounds are opulent and oh so soothing. The spa team- ok I’m out of adjectives. Suffice to say I felt pampered. I felt valued as a guest (which unfortunately does not happen as much these days as if used too.) The food?!? OMG THE FOOD!!! Exquisite!!! I lived learning about the mineral springs and deposits at the base of the Eugenian Hills. My body and soul were recharged and I was so surprised! I’ve been told that one needs a full week for the mudpacks to do their thing completely. In just a few days my aches and joint pain disappeared. Would love to spend more time in the unbelievable swimming pool there. My husband and I are already planning out next visit- which will be a full 7 days (at minimum). Do yourself a huge favor- reserve a week at the spa and be prepared to be dazzled ❤️⭐️💝

Excellent
AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff has a good service attitude and the facilities are relatively complete. But it is far from the city, there is a bus nearby, and the last bus is more than seven o'clock in the evening, and there is no public transportation. It is recommended that people who drive come.
杜杜Convenient transportation, close to the highway intersection
The parking lot is big enough and there are plenty of empty parking spaces
Breakfast is quite satisfactory, health can be, enough, the variety is not very rich
Tucao, the bathroom exhaust fan is not strong
Merita veramente!
GGuest UserI travel a lot and I feel the oligation to warn you about that hotel if you like comfort and silence. It is clean but very old design (50s or 60s maybe...) - you feel like at your grandma's home - I will try to add picture to my comment. In addition of the old design, my room (309) was very small. The wall is so thin that I heard everything (every every everything...) that happened in the next room. The shower is very small. The TV is very small too. In ocotber, they turned off the Air Conditioned so It was very warm in that small room. And the last bad thing but not the least: i pre paid for 5 night. Because of a strike at the airport, I had to shorten my stay for 1 night. The girl at the lobby never wanted to be comprehensive and they billed the 5 nights even if I stayed only 4... She lied a lot saying that she asked to her management etc (it was not possible, she hasn't enough time to call...and I think the boss was just near her...) It is a shame for an hotel to refuse to cancel one night when you tell them 2 days before... I sincerly advise to avoid that hotel.
Great place for the money. Loved the restaurant at Giorgio, they make exceptional pizza. We spent all the time in the gym and later in the pool, where we met two great tip-tap-toe dancers from Frosinone. The only problem was that the neighbouring room complained for the banging at 3 am. But that was our fault, we admit, and we’re deeply sorry. Padova (Padua) is an amazing city, full of things, but a bit over the place. The main sight we suggest is the “Ponte de quatro martiri” where you can enjoy the sunset and the spiders hanging around. Also we suggest a day to Legnaro, the only thing is to beware incoming thunderstorms. The best thing about Padua though is the bus system, which is free and always on time. I’ve forgot to mention the beautiful Capela di Scovregni, where you can admire the masterpieces by Lionardo and Rafaello. We would also like to thank the staff for their exceptional service, summed by the motto: “NO”, which they told meant “of course”. The only complaint was when we asked for the access to the meeting room, to which they replied: “…cuesti a un cost”, which made us realise how tough life is for everyone
While traveling through northern Italy we stayed one night in this property. It is in easy walking distance to the Basilica of St. Anthony and short walk to the piazzas in the center of Padova or close stroll to a tram stop. Parking can be a bit of a challenge - the public parking in front of the hotel can be a bit expensive, but the hotel also has parking nearby for a lower price - see the clerk at check in. The rooms are not large, but they are clean and comfortable with no frills. The shower has good pressure, but the temperature tended to vary. The breakfast is not fancy, but a typical Italian breakfast. The staff are very helpful and accommodating.
GGuest UserHotel in the average, no fame and no praise. To be a 4 stars and for the price paid I expected more, the room is essential. Please note that exceptional breakfast varies and with sweet and salty products of excellent quality. The receptionist's courtesy was also very appreciated: the location if you walk is not the best, the road from the station is not beautiful and the buses are not right in front.
RRicciGabrieleThe structure is located in a very good location, close to the city centre and also close to the main road arteries. Free to reach and with double parking possibilities: closed in underground garage or outdoor in reserved and overseen area. The hotel has a good bar service, a good restaurant, a beautiful and comfortable hall and a well-provided and free gym for all guests. Excellent experience.
GGuest UserThe Hotel Europa is only a ten or twelve minute walk from the Padova railway station and is easy to find. The hotel is also only about a ten minute walk to the centre of the old town, with historical sites and shopping, restaurants and bars all being fairly close. Check-in was easy and despite being early by about twenty minutes, the receptionist gave me a room. A double room, it had an independent air-conditioning unit, a safe (which was unfortunately locked when I arrived), plenty plug points, a fridge with two bottles of water and a bathroom with very basic toiletries. The internet wifi worked alright. Rather strangely for a 4 star hotel however, there was no coffee machine/kettle in the room with instant coffee/tea etc. The room was clean and although not luxurious was comfortable enough. Breakfast was of the usual continental style but with the addition of bacon and scrambled or boiled eggs. A few rolls, breads, croissants, pastries, tarts as well as cold meat, cheese, yoghurt, choice of cereals, fruit juice and some fresh fruit. Sounds like a lot, but compared with other hotel breakfast buffets, it was actually quite meagre. No self-service coffee machine (probably a good thing!) but you could ask the staff for a cappucini or whatever. They didn’t actively ask if you wanted a coffee; you had to approach and ask them. Likewise when first entering the restaurant there was no ‘buongiorno” or “good morning”, just a rather sour faced woman asking for your room number. I did ask the receptionist if the safe in my room could be opened so as I could use it and was promised that somebody would come later to fix it but they never did. However having lost my phone charger, I also asked if I could borrow one and the receptionist went into a drawer and gave me one to use. Check-out was quick with another cheery guy at reception. Overall, a bit of a hit or a miss type of place. The receptionists were fine (other than not following up on my request regarding the room safe) but the attitude of the breakfast staff leaves a lot to be desired and I can’t understand a 4 star hotel not having a kettle in the room. At best an average hotel which seemed to me to be more of a 3 than a 4 star. I’ve actually stayed in several better 3 star hotels in Italy than this place. Significantly better!
We were only there for a night. We have a quadruple room which is separated through a sliding door. At check in time the room were ready, it was clean and okay. The kettle was there with instant coffee, tea, sugar and 2 paper cups. More you could ask at the reception. At night the room with the twin bed were suddenly smell like cigarette. As a non smoking family, with a child which has asthma, not a good sign. The smell was so intensive, that it was impossible to sleep. I would say the window has bad isolation. They were fully booked, but at least after begging hard i could get an extra room for my asthmatic child at midnight. Try to get the room with odd number, they are definitely quieter.
