Pulizia delle camere ineccepibile. Rosa la proprietaria sempre disponibile sul web per dare consigli per il soggiorno e per tutte le altre richieste. Sistema con codici per l'accesso in struttura molto comodo. Esperienza super positiva torneremo sicuramente

Ottima esperienza. La procedura di check-in, la procedura di registrazione dei documenti dell'ospite e tutto il procedimento di accesso alla stanza è automatizzato e guidato passo passo dalle indicazioni degli Host. La stanza è confortevole pulita e la colazione nel bar convenzionato che eventualmente la porta anche direttamente in camera è davvero ottima

A un livello tale (alto) non è ammissibile che alle 8 del mattino si venga disturbati dagli addetti alle pulizie, schiamazzi, lavatrici in funzione attigue alle porte e voci troppo alte. Per chi lavora di notte impossibile riposare fino a tardi.

Che dire… magari lavorassero tutti così! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, servizi impeccabili e Rosa ha dimostrato di essere una persona gentilissima ed attenta al cliente. Tutte le info sono state date al telefono senza aver bisogno di incontrarci o di richiamare per avere delucidazioni. Per ogni esigenza la risposta era immediata. La camera è molto accogliente e con tutto ciò che serve. La zona non ha molte strutture ricettive e quelle poche di fanno ben pagare ma non questa, che ha saputo dare un giusto servizio ad un prezzo ottimo rispetto alla concorrenza! Bravi.

stanza in se stessa accogliente,letto comodo ma purtroppo abbiamo trovato capelli in mezzo alle lenzuola (in due camere diverse) e unica cosa scomoda il bagno e fuori dalle stanze.. colazione al bar Martino invece veramente ottima! conviene pagare il parcheggio interno,fuori è a pagamento al

Il mio soggiorno presso il Brain Rooms & Suite a Pagani, gestito con calore e accoglienza da Rosa, è stato un'esperienza straordinaria, anche durante il mio viaggio di lavoro. Fin dal mio arrivo, ho ricevuto un'accoglienza impeccabile, con una gentilezza e un'attenzione personalizzata che hanno reso il mio soggiorno davvero unico. La suite in cui ho alloggiato è stata una sorpresa straordinaria: un autentico gioiello. L'ampio terrazzo ha regalato una vista panoramica mozzafiato sulla città di Pagani, creando un'atmosfera magica e rilassante. Le camere, arredate con gusto, hanno fornito un comfort impeccabile per le mie esigenze di lavoro e relax. La posizione centralissima ha reso estremamente comode le esplorazioni di Pagani e delle zone circostanti, mentre il quartiere tranquillo ha garantito un ambiente sereno, perfetto per il mio riposo notturno. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un'oasi di tranquillità anche durante un viaggio di lavoro.

Strange location down an alley, off of an old cobblestone street. Had 3 different electronic entries, an old, tiny lift that didnt quite line up with the floor. It took being sent 3 codes to get to finally get in and there were roll down shutters on the outsides of the windows, which couldn't be opened. We never met a live person and the whole experience was strange. On an up note. The shower and bed were better than adequate
