The hotel is quite close to the town center and Antelope Canyon. It has a large free parking lot. The facilities are a bit dated. When checking in, the front desk warned me about moths in the room, and indeed there were three.

The booking page stated that luggage storage was available, but there was none when we arrived! We had to leave our bags in the car, risking a smashed window, while parked at the attraction for several hours. Before check-out, the housekeeping staff started knocking on our door repeatedly from early in the morning. Couldn't they wait until after we checked out to clean?

Full of flying insects, the lighting is dim, and the facilities are old.

The overall environment is okay, but the duvet is quite stiff.

The hotel's location is great, very close to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, which is super convenient. We arrived quite late, but the staff were very proactive and down-to-earth. The room was quiet, and overall, our stay was very pleasant.

There was an intermittent noise from the bathroom past midnight. At first, I thought it was someone vacuuming in the hallway. I had to call the front desk to realize it was just poor soundproofing in the room. I didn't sleep well all night, and then at 8 AM the next morning, I was woken up by a knock on the door. The staff said they were checking the room. My God, are you crazy? Check-out is at 11 AM, and they're knocking at 8 AM??? The pool is outdoors and the water was so dirty I couldn't use it!

We were given a pool view room, which was spacious. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and just a three-minute drive away, there's the largest supermarket in town, which was incredibly helpful for stocking up on supplies for our road trip. The entire hotel has a great resort feel—it's quiet and clean, and the mattresses are incredibly comfortable. We stayed for two nights and visited Upper Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and Monument Valley.

Good - The room is spacious, the pool view was nice, the staffs are friendly. Bad - The room is a bit dark and the pool water is salty.

The hotel is quite unique, and the architecture, along with the pool in the garden, is beautiful. It's a quick 3-5 minute drive to the town. We stayed in a room in the right wing; it was spacious enough, and the interior facilities were well-maintained, though a bit dated.

Shower broke bathroom smells bad bathtub don’t work can’t fix until next day

Location is very convenient. Just 5 mins drive to the Antelope Canyon tour company. Have many good restaurants nearby. There was one Mexican food on top of the hill which was excellent.
