bath is not clean..floor wall so wet.. warm food breakfast is not refilled. But Location is good, Near horseshoe bend. Almost so bad or not good except View and location and big size room.

they claim to be wanting to go "green" and only refreshing towels etc. every 3 days-that is great!however,how about replacing your 1970's era toilet that flushes 20 gallons per flush and wasting water with something more efficient! they are not going green as their placards in the room say.."plush pillows" as they claim are best used for a childs bed or crib-bring your own.Also-if you request a handicap room-call them after reservation,they wont call you if not available,,,,,,you just get whatever they have.great price though on rooms

OVERALL OBSERVATION: The hotel is filthy, the grounds in the back are overgrown/unkempt, the pool is unusable (a mosquito pit), the plumbing is a nightmare, the staff are dismissive and safety/security is severely lacking. The pictures presented by the hotel were obviously taken years ago as they absolutely do not represent current quality or care. CLEANLINESS: The floors were filthy and stained; there were tiny mites crawling all over the bathroom; the furniture was stained and severely dated, the large sliding door curtain was disgustingly filthy and was falling off the track on each end (not a good pairing with the AZ early morning sun). PLUMBING: The smell of sewage emanated from the bathroom sink. The shower was downright bi-polar…the temp randomly changed to scalding hot then icy cold then back to scalding. If you stay here and have children take extra care to insure they’re not burned. STAFF: With exception of the young lady that checked us out when we departed…not one of the staff we encountered has any business working in customer care, that is, if you can find anyone! Our room key failed to work after leaving the hotel for a few hours. There was not a soul at the front desk or anywhere to be found (@3:30 pm/check-in time window). We knocked on the doors indicating “staff only”…crickets. 15 minutes we waited in the atrium before an employee arrived. I can brush off the fact she was dismissive, barely said a word and offered no apologies for the imposition….but she also failed to ask for ID which is a serious flaw in security! OUR HUMBLE OPINION: There are a lot of hotels in Page…including a Best Western right across the street…save yourself…..avoid this hell hole and stay ANYWHERE else!

We chose this hotel for the price. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend this hotel to others. Pro: - Very spacious room - Nice, open view of the plain/lake - Comfortable bed - Bathroom sink and toilet/bathtub are separate - Close drive to grocery, tour companies Con: - The sink makes loud noise when draining - Very dark lighting in the room Additional note: - Breakfast was OK - The windows are tinted from the cafeteria so we get a tinted view of the outside We were overall satisfied with the hotel and thought it was very worth what we paid.

After I reserved the room well in advance, the front desk refused to accept my credit card. My wife had to use hers. I called my bank. They confirmed there was nothing wrong with my VISA card. Their system failed to acknowledge it. They took no responsibility for their error.
