04年開始出國遊，每年至少1-2次，談不上豪華遊，但是酒店基本不訂800人民幣以下，這個酒店是住過最差沒有之一，跟照片嚴重不符，臟到有心裏障礙，地毯積塵污穢，傢俱破舊不堪。一共訂了兩晚，期間找攜程客服協調，包括嘗試換房間、或者住一晚退一晚另找住宿，也不要求賠償，攜程客服很盡心溝通，但是遭酒店拒絕，説衹有這個房間，早退自負損失！！跟酒店前台交涉期間也看到很多韓國團體入住，對於亞裔客户態度粗魯傲慢，1000多一晚的房價像個笑話。
順便説下，羚羊谷確實是個出片的景點，但佩奇小鎮無比簡陋粗鄙灰塵漫天，比國內很多高速公路服務區還不如，並且這家靠全世界旅行者養活的酒店工作人員毫無感恩之心！

bath is not clean..floor wall so wet..
warm food breakfast is not refilled.
But Location is good, Near horseshoe bend.
Almost so bad or not good except View and location and big size room.

The room is comfortable. There are few breakfast options. The hotel is only 11 minutes away from Antelope Canyon. It's great. The receptionist at the hotel is very friendly and will solve any problems.

It's totally a nightmare experience. We filed complaint with the front desk about the noise coming out of next room at 11:30 pm. They did not manage the issue right away. In the early morning around 6:00 am, the loud music coming out of the next room again. It total ruined my family vacation. While we spoke with the front dest in the morning and asked to speak with the manager. The front desk staff said the manager was off the duty even though it displayed the manager was on duty then. They even claimed the noise last night was from the event across the street. There're no event at 11:30 pm for sure. They just didn't want to accept the fact of the noise coming right next to our room. We even showed them the audio that we recorded while noise was happen, Unfortunately, they denied the proof that we had shown to them. They even called the police because we filed the complaint. When police came, there's nothing he can do because it's not a criminal issue. Anyway, just want to share our terrible experience we've been through. The hotel staff, Liz, not only ignored our claim but also denied taking any complimentary action. Their service quality is definitely horrible. The breakfast provided was also poor. The room was so outdated and dirty. This is the worse experience we've ever been through. Hight recommended not to book the Quality Inn in Page, Arizona ever. If you don't care what I just mentioned. I will feel sorry to you for not listening to me.

No elevator, no mention on web site. Stairs to 2nd floor were dirty and unsafe, handle rail had bolts that would catch your fingers going down. Several tiles were separated from wall in bathroom, drain on tub was inoperable. Obviously will not be returning! Breakfast was very limited, only cereal, juice, bananas and waffles.
