As of March 18, 2024, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone, especially business travelers or families. Check-in is in the more run down building. A coworker and I stayed in the building across the parking lot with a new exterior, which is being renovated. It looks like there's been new carpet in the last year and new furniture and TVs. That's based on what I observed in the entry area where there was no carpet to tile transition and an ancient work desk. The room had a drywall patch with no attempt to match paint and the bed sat on old 2 x 4’s and plywood. Since the carpet appears to have already been replaced, I wouldn’t expect those to be improved. There were also pallets of barn door style shower doors outside that will presumably be installed in place of the worn out tubs. I was on the ground floor and people were talking and coughing outside my window several times throughout the evening. It was awkward, if not uncomfortable Front desk staff was not friendly WiFi didn’t work at all but I didn’t attempt to ask the desk staff for help with it Common areas are under construction Positives are a big Samsung TV with lots of channels, a fridge and microwave
