Had a great time celebrating our elopement and will be back. Christina Martinez was awesome, from the second as we walked into the door until we left. She upgraded us and made sure are stay was as perfect as possible. Can't thank her enough!!!

Hannah, Lindsay, Nikki, and Tony are great in the Cafe Grille, sweet and attentive. Food is good, service is good. Very convenient! We had the parfait and breakfast burrito. We are coming back for lunch. Thank you We will be back. ..........

The hot springs are well maintained and there is a nice variety to try. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Special shout outs to the spa staff (Jess, Gloria, Ruthie, and Morgan) who were exceptional on help with reservations and providing high quality massages and facials for my Mom and me.

Christina Martinez acted as our fairy godmother when it came to celebrating our elopement! She made sure we had the best room, food and took amazing care of us. The stay would’ve been great regardless but Christina made it incredible!!!!!!

This is my favorite getaway hands down. We first stayed here in August 2023 for our anniversary. Christina Martinez made us feel so welcome on our first visit. Her personal touch and hospitality made me even more eager to come back knowing we’d be taken care of. When we came back in May with family to celebrate 2 birthdays, it was every bit as magical as our first visit. April checked us in and made sure we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Lauren also helped us out at the front desk with more warm, cozy robes and we can back late from soaking. Other than the gorgeous rooms and comfy robes, these are the best hot springs I’ve ever been to. So many soaking options and 24-hours of relaxation! If you don’t want to leave the property for Riff Raff (highly recommend) they have really great food and drink options on-site. I can’t wait to come back for our next celebration.

Over all the time spent was relaxing and enjoyable.... The resort policy has changed since now serves alcohol , at times some guest get louder and some times use profanity ...... I wish the staff would monitor the pools a little better for all of the guest who are looking to relax and enjoy .
