It was a small hotel that had great reviews. We were passing thru town. It has been remodeled. Our room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

The front desk staff is the best I have met anywhere! I thought perhaps they were part of the ownership because of the pride and interest they took in helping their guests. Truly, Kacper and Nayeli went well above and beyond. For two weeks before I arrived they provided instructions for materials I needed to have delivered, and then received, tracked down, and sometimes retrieved about a dozen boxes and envelopes full of books and such. Then they confirmed for me that everything had arrived, stored it all, and helped me get the materials to my room with a cart. There was almost no question they couldn’t answer and I got good guidance on where to eat and other advice. They were so genuine in their positive attitudes and desire to anticipate and fill my every need, that I understood why the local partner agency I was working with suggested booking with them. Although the Inn is obviously an older building, the furnishings, fixtures, flooring, paint, etc. are all newer. There was even a nice looking hot tub and dry sauna that others were using, and had I not been on a tight schedule, I would have liked to try! The RiverWalk Inn is clean and well cared for; I would be happy to stay again!

Thank you so much to the woman who was working on the night of Jan. 12 (I am kicking myself for not remembering her name) who got us a room at nearly midnight after an unsafe and disgusting experience we had at a hotel down the road left us scrambling to find another place to stay. She was so kind and helpful and really saved the trip for us. This place is clean, cozy, and perfectly located. We had a lovely time and should have just booked here in the first place!

When you hear that the employees make all the difference, this is totally true here. We aren't talking about luxury accommodations, but it is clean and the people are WONDERFUL working there. They have a nice hot tub and dry sauna that you can reserve for 4 people for 30 minutes at a time - really nice way to ensure you enjoy the experience and don't have kids doing cannonballs past you! The breakfast is a nice touch as well. Thanks to Casper and Camilla for making our stay extra nice!
