This place is so delightful that I almost hate to advertise it. Clean, pretty, and simple bungalows on the edge of a pond in the middle of the valley. The owners also grow organic vegetables that we're allowed to eat; they offered me a heart-shaped mango when I arrived and a bag of limes when I left. And the place is so blessedly quiet; I'll be staying there every time I go to Pai.

…on a little pond near Pai are basic but still first choice! The couple who runs the place is very sweet, considered and attentive. There is a guest kitchen but no food service or breakfast. This is a great bargain and peaceful oasis close to crowded backpacker heaven Pai.

For the simple living, the hospitality, and the price this is a 5* experience. The accommodation is very simple, but you are being treated as if it was a 5* hotel. The hosts are extremely sweet and helpful. It is located 30 mins walk/7 min on scooter from Downtown Pai, so you get a more quiet experience compared to the busy and vibrant nights in Pai. The nature experience is more authentic as the place is located in the middle of a rice field. Apparently many guest stay at the place again and again witnessing that the place has an addictive effect on its visitors. I recommend bringing ear plugs and sleeping mask since the hut is made out of bamboo and the window blinds are very thin. Scooter rental is a must, but check reviews before renting in Pai.

From the moment you arrive Ron and Orn, the owners will make you welcome as well as the parrot! I did not have a reservation but discovered this place when travelling on my moped looking for places to stay in Pai. Set amongst the back drop of stunning paddy fields, along a quiet road, Bueng Pai Farm is a beautiful family run guest house. Bungalows in keeping with the Thai tradition, basic but nicely furnished, set next to a small lake filled with amazing fish. Stayed here for 4 nights and fished for one day. Ron helped me fix a small issue with my moped and Orn gave me a gift and good luck mementos for my long journey back to Chiang Mai. If you are looking to be a short drive away from the centre of Pai and the backpackers then you cannot go wrong choosing here.

Que dire sur cette endroit… tout simplement merveilleux, nous y serions resté pour la vie si nous avions pu. Le cadre est juste sublissime, l’endroit est tout simplement d’une quiétude parfaite. La maîtresse des lieux est au petit soin et nous prépare des plats délicieux, nous fait goûter à tout et fait tout pour que nous soyons au mieux, une très belle rencontre et un séjour inoubliable. Le soleil se lève sur les étangs d’un côté de la montagne et se couche de l’autre côté derrière les autres montagnes. Cest tout bonnement idyllique et merveilleusement reposant. Allez-y les yeux fermés !!
