The hotel facilities are dilapidated and most importantly not clean. The dining table was not cleaned after use and there were food residues left on the table. The breakfast was very poor. There are insect droppings in public areas and swimming pools, and it can be seen that they have not been cleaned.
The room facilities are insufficient, the lights are insufficient, the bar is used for hanging clothes and there is no power socket, the TV is broken and will not be repaired, and the shower water is not hot enough, almost freezing water, the reaction has improved, it is just warm water, not Hot water. There is also a shower room with a door but no window to cover it, which is really not ideal.

The staff was very nice and pleasant, unfortunately we’ve got room with strong smell of mold that absolutely ruin our vacation especially that we upgraded for the most expensive room.
