Owner is in process of renovating and room was clean and fresh. A few touch ups to paint are needed. The coffee maker wasn’t able to be plugged in on shelf so needed to move. Possibly a towel hook near shower for towel and extra toiled paper would be nice.
We came back from dinner and noticed someone walking in parking lot. Waiting a few minutes in car as he was walking back and forth… only for him to come up to the car and it was the owner. We were being safe as he had his hood up and it just looked sketchy to us but it turned out okay.

Nice place to stay owners are very accommodating! This is aur second stay and have seen the place updated even more from the first stay. Nice quite place. Will return each time we stay in the area.

It was clean, comfortable, and quiet in addition to being affordable. My only recommendation pertains to the shampoo packets. They're incredibly difficult to open with wet hands in the shower. Overall, I would stay again if in the area.

Could use phone plug ins and lamp between the beds and a place to hang cloths . Room was clean and quiet office personal was very helpful.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Recently renovated, with a few cosmetic flaws still to be finished. It’s a motel, so it’s basic, but the room had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. There was some noise from the nearby speedway racing track, but it ended by 11:00. Otherwise it was pretty quiet, especially for a Saturday night. There’s a nice grocery store just up the road, along with gas and restaurants. I would stay again.

The room was a really good price, but it was not very clean and the shower didn't drain. Floor was dusty and stained my socks. I thought it was reasonable for the price anyway until the front desk person called my cell phone to tell me they couldn't find one of the towels. I can't think why he would do this unless he thought I stole it. I did not steal a scratchy, cheap motel towel and I was offended by the insinuation. I would probably not recommend Villa Rosa to others unless they had no other options.

The walls had unpainted drywall patches in multiple areas… the floor was dirty… the shower drain backed up into shower… definitely would not recommend this hotel
