Stay here for two night with my hubby and we have a wonderful time. Room favorite dengan view yg pass dn terjaga privacynya walau dengan balkon terbuka. We loved this place, mau kemana2 mudah walaupun gak bawa kendaraan.

The location is ok. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The website says the room I stayed is 30 sq. Meter but the room itself is no more than 18. The room does come with a patio which is relatively big. There is a wall in the patio that blocks view (5th floor). The bath room is relatively small and no bathtub. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the morning to the nearest high speed train station by Grab and it took around 30 minutes. There is a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is not big enough for laps. The chairs at the restaurant are too high and not comfortable.

This my first time stayed here due to other hotel was full. Unfortunately, it was not a bad hotel. The room is spacious with a good staffs services. They greet me in room corridor and lobby. Just a few suggestion compare to hotel i used to stay are : - the breakfast menu should be more variety. I order american breakfast. The quality of the item was low. The bread is like a rock, the sausage was small and not a sausage for 4* hotel. - the room's wall should be repainting since i saw many kids writing on it. - more lights in front of the main gate, it is too dark, i thought it was a office building. The hotel has good and nice plants, should add more lights. I am sure if this hotel give a small touch in main gate, people will interest to try visit and stay. Your gate is too dark and not eye catch. That are few suggestion to management of Grand Aquila Bandung. You also have an excellent staffs who willing to do an extra mile. Such as a woman in Reception willing to send my luggage to room. Her uniform was different from other staff more firm, she is the manager i guess. Im not sure her position. Im sure she did that due to i informed that my luggage still in lobby and i need something immediately for my baby. Also a man with housekeeping uniform deliver my breakfast to room. I realize you are minimize staff since it is a covid pandemi. I really understand with the situation. However, thank you and will visit your hotel next visit to Bandung.

Overall the hotel was great, nice buffet and clean hotel at best location. Only problem was the windows were too poorly built that the traffic noice from the road had disturbed us all the night. If the windows could be repaired or replaced with sound proof quality, it would be perfect. Anyhow, we moved to other room with no noise but a poor view and small size room for the other 2 nights.

Great for transit to Jakarta, as the transport leaves from the mall below. Rooms were new and clean. Just the parking/access is a little confusing as there are many levels to the mall, (GF, L, FF) and we always had to call our grab drivers to confirm pick up and drop off points. Would stay again as it has great value for the price.

Pretty close to the airport, the station, the mall, all the FOs in the spotlight, this hotel is united with SevenGram Coffeeshop, right in the middle of the housing. Different from Summerbird located in the center of the crowd. The hotel has 3 floors without an elevator (a bit difficult, for the mamas want to help lift the dear luggage). For room amenities are very minimal as well. Only toothbrush and liquid soap. For the hygiene is exceptionally clean (because it may be new). Staff are quite friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not provided, only the cafe opens at 1am. Aqua is available as usual. For the price, I think it's too expensive 1 (publish rate), with minimal room facilities and no breakfast, but over all okay to meet photos on IG 2 and for train guys, a few thousand dollars ride.

Previously, I used to sleep in a deluxe twin room. The room is small, the cushion is slippery so the bed is easy to move (not with a stacked spring bed, this is a fan) so it's dangerous if you bring a child not a year old. March try to look back there again, this time in a suite. There is a room with a TV, a living/family room with a large sofa facing the TV (therefore the TV has 2) a dining table and a pantry. In front of the bathroom there is a cabinet (larger than deluxe cabinet) and a dressing table. Big bathroom, bathtub, abundant hot water & strong water pressure. It's just the floor ceramic installation position is a bit less ok (the shallow degree is wrong, so it's going to be a buzz) I didn't use the soap and shampoo, the trauma with hotel toiletries makes it dry. There is no breakfast at the hotel because they are not ready for buffet, so the breakfast is on a menu. On the back of the hotel (down 1 floor with a staircase) there is an alphamart, from the alphamart can stay a little bit into the BTC. Strategic once the location.
