Although it requires a transfer to get to Kintex, this apartment-style hotel is surrounded by a fantastic selection of restaurants, which is very convenient. You can get directly to Seoul Station, but it is a bit suburban. Room cleaning needs to be booked a day in advance. The Paju Outlet nearby is great for shopping.

The front desk staff generally speak English, making both check-in and check-out quick and efficient. Downstairs, there's a convenience store where you can pay with WeChat, which is super handy. There's also a BBQ restaurant, and plenty of other restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The room was a duplex with a small balcony that had a table and chairs, offering a decent view. It's a shame I was on a business trip and didn't have much time to explore. At just under 400, the price for a 300+ room wasn't too bad.

The room was ok not very big but the beds where fine.The location is good lots of food places and anything else you might want.Only downside for us was the party music that went on untill midnight not sure where it came from but it was somewhere in the neighborhood.

Overall, it's pretty good, and you can cook for yourself. No breakfast, though. It's my first time seeing a split-level layout like this.
