Kensington Khao Yai Hotel, the view is beautiful if you take photos at the church, but I don't know if it's the only room or not because when taking a shower, the water leaks out of the shower room, room w103. I'm not sure if it's just one person or not. no On the hotel grounds there is a cafe and a museum. There's a souvenir shop and repair tools. There aren't any in the hotel rooms. But the room looks very luxurious. Hopefully the hotel will improve and fix it. Thank you. (Sorry, I didn't take a picture of the room.)

Bad experience! Poor service, common areas unclean, no staff or housekeeping visible in Diana tower. Reception was closed at 11pm. Poor breakfast with canned stuff, no fruit or juice, just toast and eggs, very basic. Staff wasn’t helpful with small requests. Will not recommend to anyone. Waste of money and time.

We impressed the warmed and swarming welcome by a nice smile receptionist, she was enthusiastic to take care of our luggage and the strictly Covid checking and rules that we must follow to make us feel safer and really like family. The room was exceptional decorations and met the 5 star standards, particularly a swimming pool, library and king George restaurant was truly British touch. The food was not too bad, pizza four season and a deep fried sea bass was my favorite dish and strongly suggested you must try. The key strength is a large garden, Nicolas church and prammika art gallery, thanks to all staff I will definitely be back again and again
