The Piano Resort Khaoyai

We booked for 4 rooms, we had a very unpleasant experience during check-in. One elderly male staff member was unable to locate our booking, even though I presented our booking vouchers several times. We had booked two double rooms (as only two were available) and two additional twin rooms. However, instead of assisting us professionally, he questioned my sister about why we did not book all rooms at once, which was inappropriate and unnecessary. Additionally, we paid in USD currency, and he insisted that we should pay in THB. We do not have a Thai credit card, and USD is generally accepted for exchange in many countries, we love Thailand and always traveled to Thailand for several times, but. The situation became quite uncomfortable. The entire check-in process took approximately 25–30 minutes before he was finally able to confirm our reservation. After a long journey, this delay and the manner in which it was handled were very disappointing. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and provide additional training to ensure future guests do not experience similar issues.

I had a wonderful stay at The Piano Hotel Khao Yai. The hotel is beautifully designed with a relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by nature and greenery, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. The location is great, quiet and calm, yet convenient for visiting Khao Yai attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the overall service exceeded my expectations

Not recommended to choose here No clean even room inside and outdoor circumstance around too old design . Bad room facility seems like not enough taking good care Look so deferent from the ad in website. Good food and varity for breakast. Good service from staffs
