The highlight is cleanliness. The location is considered convenient to travel.

Breakfast is quite good, hotel is clean, good service, high security.

Not a big reviewer, but I feel I should clarify a few things for other travelers before they make the same mistakes I did when booking. This hotel is NOT inside Khao Yai Natl Park, which means that you have to pay an entrance fee each time you go. It’s right outside of the park entrance, which is really the middle of nowhere, making it very difficult to find anything to eat or drink if you show up without a vehicle of your own. Only rental cars/bikes are in Pak Chong about an hour’s drive north. I thank the hotel staff for their friendliness and efforts to help us find solutions, but in reality the hotel just seems ill-equipped to accommodate people hoping to explore the park. We were also disappointed that the view did not match the photos shown online. There was a balcony, but the only view was of a tree and concrete lot behind the hotel, not the mountainscape we were led to believe we’d be getting. At the price point for an accommodation like this, we really expected a much nicer, roomier place to sleep. Deflating way to end our holiday for sure.

The rooms are very good, clean, the breakfast is good with a variety. With the price, it's worth it.

The atmosphere is very quiet. The outside and inside of the hotel are very clean. The view is considered okay. Go during the rainy season and there will be fog to see as well. Near the hotel there is a steel river flowing through.

Dirty hotel and unfriendly staff. Did not help us when we ask for toiletries and towels. We will not recommend this hotel to our friends. Don’t stay here. The room smells bad and the bathroom is clogged, when we ask the front desk to send a maintenance person none came.

Very normal room, but the check-in staff speaks well. Check out. Call at noon. Tell them to send the car to carry the luggage. It disappeared for 20 minutes. In summary, I took it out by myself.

OK. So let's call it like it is. This hotel is a design classic. And that is why I wanted to stay. I dropped by about 10 years ago, and it was in full swing then and cost about B3,000 a night. Now it is less than half that. Why? Well, the place has seen better days. To say the least. Our rooms were clean and serviceable. The linen was fresh. Breakfast was fresh and started with a salad and fresh fruit, followed by joke, toast and boiled eggs washed down with instant coffee and water. BUT the place needs serious investment. And massive renovation. It is a design icon - think the 2001 space center landing in the Khao Yai national Park and you get the picture. I am concerned that the next time I go to Khao Yai it will be demolished to make ways for one of the many boring new condos that are prevalent in the area.

Lovely place to stay considering the price. Location is near to the national park entrance. Refreshing pool. Breakfast is rather poor.

I was staying at this hotel for a week in May. It was the most awful hotel I went to. First of all, they charge you a deposit, which is not common in Thailand at all. The towels were dirty and without a cover and were given to us by hand at the entrance, the bed was dirty and torn. we have nothing more awful than this hotel. Please do not go.
