Jupiter Trevi Resort and Spa

It was a very impressive experience in both the rooms and activities. Various things in the hotel The service staff was very good, from the time we picked up at the parking lot until we went to check in inside. We arrived in the evening and the staff went up to check in for us at the place where we had dinner, so it wasn't a waste of time. The security system is excellent because the doors are closed. At all times outsiders cannot enter.  This time there was a slight accident, our child stepped on a piece of glass. The hotel was very eager to help, expressing regret over and over, but we thought it was a mistake. Accidents don't have to be serious. The hotel compensated us by We were able to check out the outlet until 1:00 p.m. with a set of afternoons and informed that if we came to receive the service next time there would be a special discount.  I was very impressed and another thing I liked was the atmosphere inside the hotel. There are four pools to feel open and airy, not uncomfortable. Breakfast is also FULL option. I've never seen any hotel that can offer this much. Even though it's a hotel that just recently opened and closed during COVID, it opened again and did very well. Will definitely have to use the service again.

The rooms are very clean, quiet, and the reception staff are very good. Whirlpool swimming pool, the surrounding atmosphere is very good. Suitable for relaxation very well.

The place is beautiful. The service was very good. When encountering problems with the outside team that came to take a review, the hotel was able to manage the feelings of the customers very well.
