Staying three nights at Ibis Bangkok IMPACT was a comfortable and convenient experience. Located within the IMPACT Muang Thong Thani complex, the hotel offers easy access to events and exhibitions at IMPACT Arena and Challenger Hall. The room was modern, clean, and adequately sized for a short stay, with amenities like a comfortable bed, a functional workspace, and a clean bathroom with a good shower. The staff at Ibis Bangkok IMPACT were friendly and efficient, providing quick check-in and assistance throughout my stay. They were knowledgeable about the local area and could recommend nearby dining options and transportation options. The hotel's dining options were decent, with a buffet breakfast offering a variety of dishes including local Thai favorites and international cuisine. The bar area was cozy and a nice place to unwind after a day of exploring or attending events. While the hotel primarily caters to business travelers and those attending events at IMPACT, it also serves tourists looking for a comfortable base outside the city center. The nearby shopping malls and restaurants within the complex provide additional convenience. Nice place to stay nearby Impact Arena. Convenient to travel from concert to hotel. The place is clean and great service.

Good accommodation, comfortable, lots of amenities, although the entrance to the building is a bit scary. But everything is very okay. Walking to see a concert at Impact is very easy and comfortable. I've gone to sleep many times. Near 7-Eleven, near Amazon, very easy to find food to eat. If the room is available, you can check in early as well. Very impressed.

While this hotel is out of the way it’s a romantic old world experience at a very reasonable price. The staff are lovely but don’t expect them to be fluent in English. This is after all a Thai owned and run hotel. The place looks like it’s 100 years old but the staff said it’s only 10. Either way the building looks colonial inside and out with beautiful wood everywhere. The river view is delightful, the restaurant adequate. You can sit inside or outside by the river. Appears that the owner are “collectors” of all sorts of fascinating things from cars to carvings.

It's already been 2 weeks since I came to Thailand. I came to see my in-laws in Thailand and came to the Bluetel near Nonthaburi to rest for a bit. First of all, it is just like the picture, clean, and quiet, which is nice. I prefer quiet places rather than out-of-the-way places, so I prefer the outskirts. When I came to the grand suite room I booked, it was exactly as described and just like the photo. The entire blue mood lighting is turned on in the evening. It's a bit sexy, but it was a different experience so it was nice. Check-in is from 2 and check-out is at 12 p.m., but it was nice to be able to check-out between 6 and 7 p.m. for an additional fee of 500 baht. I would like to visit again. I give it 9.9 out of 10. (The air conditioner remote control battery was dead or not, so I replaced it with the one I had on hand.)

The hotel is really near to impact arena and it is highly recommended if you have a concert or event nearby to stay at novotel. The hotel staff even decorated the hotel lobby to the concert that happening. Only bad thing, the pedestrian overhead sky bridge closes early at 4pm.
