The staffs are all very friendly. Breakfast is the usual variety. The linkway from hotel to exhibition hall (linking to impact arena) opens from 6am to 12midnight. It is about 10-15 mins walk but is sheltered. However, the linkway at the exhibition hall opens from 6am to 11pm. To those who missed the 11pm, would probably need to walk from outdoors (?). I went back at around 10pm latest so not sure about this. Toothbrush and toothpaste is based on request. They provide 3-in-1 shampoo & body wash & conditioner. For the price and convenience, ibis is comfortable for those going to impact arena for concerts.

Very good location if you're going for concerts/events at Impact Arena or Thunderdome. There is a connecting skywalk bridge at level 2 from the hotel to the concert venues. It even bypasses Novotel so it's easy to access the eateries around Impact Arena. Downside is that it's far from the central city area so it's gonna take time and costs more if you also aim to travel around Bangkok.
Hotel staff is super friendly and nice though. They even decorate the wall behind the lobby counter for each concert event that happens at Thunderdome/Impact. Really sweet! Rooms can be pretty cold though so do check the temperature and fan speed if you're sensitive. But overall room was clean and stay was good. Worth the budget 😊

Location near IMPACT Arena walking distance to thunderdome too. Good for concert. concierge was also nice to ask if coming for a concert and informed on the overhead bridge linking to these areas.
Small toilet but spacious room. Will book this hotel again if going to concert nearby

Check in was very smooth, the room layout is very good, although the window can not be opened, but the view from the window is very wide, this time to see the concert, very close to the venue, easy to travel, there are also large shopping malls around.
There was a small episode during the check in process. I broke a glass because of my fault. When I checked out, I told them to ask for compensation. The waiter was concerned about whether I was injured at the first time and said that I did not need compensation. Finally, I insisted on compensating for the loss. The service was touching. If I had the chance, I would still choose.

Convenient if attending events or concerts at Impact Arena area. Have link bridge to shopping malls , food courts and Brand outlets too. But very far away from the city.

It was like only 10mins or so walk to concert hall, i would recommended this hotel if you are going to join some events impacts, reasonable price, perfect location
Somehow bathroom were bit too small for big guys

Very warned and friendly welcoming us at check in counter, staff is polite and provided good services. Room and bathroom are clean. Location is perfect to where we planned to visit.

No hot water for shower. Reached out to reception multiple times and were greeted nicely. However there is no follow up after that and problem is not fixed at all.

Nice and compact. A lot of nice food restaurants. Shopping arcade available by skywalk from the hotel . Completely nice.
