Very nice place and hotel staff portrayed good customer service from the satpam to housekeeper to receptionist. All of hotel aston gresik’s staffs are very friendly and good!

The receptionist is friendly, the check-in and check-out process is also fast. Unfortunately the request for a corner room was not given, instead we got a connecting room. Asked to move rooms but he said it was full. The rest is okay.

I am satisfy with the service of Aston Gresik hotel, the staff is very helpful and the front office do their job bery well. I strongly recommend to stay in Aston Gresik Hotel since the location is good and you may spend your time to shopping at the mall just besides the hotel
