酒店地理位置很不錯，儘管有了些年份，但豪華房，整潔也空間不小，空調很給力，熱水尚可，對面就是一家當地最主流的friendship便利店，一旁還有家很有情調的法式咖啡店，一個路口斜對面有家價位很低，但員工很賣力的老撾按摩店，湄公河邊的大橋距離這酒店不足500米，大橋下方還有個規模挺大的寺廟wat luang，酒店距離一附近的夜市（市場）大約600米遠，總之這裏一切都很方便，酒店還有自己的noodle shop（當地挺出名）以及換匯店，人民幣匯率比官方還好。
