Ailece gidebileceğiniz, imkanların fiyat performans olarak iyi olduğu güzel yeni bir otel. Yalnız odaların ısınması konusunda biraz eksikleri var. Onun dışında çalışanlar ve imkanlar çok iyi teşekkür ederi.

İki yıl önce de geldik. Konum şahane. Optimum fiyat / fayda. Sabah kahvaltısı da güzel , oda kahvaltı , zaten sonrasında dağdasınız ve akşam da şehirde çağ. Müdüre hanımın ismini unuttum ama her defasında bizleri şımartıyor. Teşekkürler.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr neu und sauber , Personal und Service ist in Ordnung . Das Essen was auch ok . Preis verhältnismäßig war alles soweit in Ordnung

Temizlik, Konum, Çalışanları ile birlikte gercekten muazzam bir otel. Ayrica bölgedeki diğer otellere göre fiyat performans açısından iyi olduğu söylenebilir. Kayak bölgesine dilediğiniz saatte ücretsiz shuttle imkanı var.

(+) Very friendly and professional employee working in the restaurant are Mahmut and Ercan!! They are the reason we feel so welcome Modern design hotel Very clean rooms / bathrooms Hotel in neighborhood of ski center and so you need a cab or own vehicle to go center shopping but it was just 10 minutes away from the hotel (-) A employee in black dress at 30 April recommended a restaurant but it was very bad quality. Please check a restaurant by yourself. Not much parking space in front of the hotel

The Erzurum Hotel'de kısa bir süre için sadece 2 gece kaldık. Bu sürede öncelikle otel personelinin ***et güler yüzlü olması bizi memnun etti. Kahvaltı ücretsiz ve yiyebileceğiniz en iyi otel kahvaltılarından birisi diyebilirim. Akşam yemekleri ise alakart olarak yiyebilirsiniz. Farklı yemekler yedik hepsi lezzetliydi. Kısacası yemekler ***et iyiydi. Ayrıca odalar temizdi. Odayı çok rahat kullandık. Bunların yanında kayak merkezine yakın konumlanmış bir otel. Biz kaldığımızda henüz otelin shuttle hizmeti başlamamıştı ancak 400 metre ile bir kilometre mesafede pistler mevcut. Bu yakın mesafeyi otobüs veya taksi kullanarak gidebilirsiniz. Otobüslerde nakit ödeme yapılabiliyor ayrıca kart çıkarmanıza da gerek yok. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık. Gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edebileceğiniz bir otel.

Hotel was a great experience. Amazing breakfast and authentic Turkish hospitality. I would definitely love to come back and stay and recommend to others visiting Turkey. The hospitality of the staff especially Zeynep Sultan, Efendi Mitat and Efendi Firat was amazing.

This is our this is our third stay here. We love the value and cleanliness of this property. Great breakfast buffet. Staff is friendly and make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. They need to put safes in the rooms.

We liked it here so much that we stayed an extra night. The checkin was fast and efficient, the rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was large and comfortable, the breakfast was very complete and delicious with local flavors like the Erzurum green cheese. The decor was cosy and modern at the same time. The location is only a 2 minute drive from the ski center. The views are also spectacular (specially at night). My two gripes were that they did not have an in-room safe and the internet password was your passport number (birthdate or another number would be easier to remember). I want to single out the kitchen staff who was so kind and shared their recipe for Suzme and fermented cabbage with me❤️

Hotel is new and rooms are big and comfortable. Beds are also very comfortable and large. Staff is kind and speak english (it doesn't happen often in Turkey out of turistic places). Breakfast offers a full range of food and drinks of good quality. It is located out of the city center, so it is more quiet and no problems for the parking
