When I arrived there was water in the hall from a thunderstorm. The leak was coming from the floors above. There was also a small leak near the windows in our room. Bathroom was small and utilitarian. It was kept clean and our bed were made promptly each day. The breakfast was nearly nonexistent. Two types of cereal white bread and few muffins and waffles. There was milk and OJ also. If looked as if this was being converted to and Subruban Extended stay

Your better off sleeping in your car or the ditch!! The pool as advertised is permanently closed and has 3 feet of sludge in it. Room smells like mold and lots of it in the room. Everytime the tub turned on red water came out (Happened several times). There are zero restaurants around. Spend the extra money and stay anywhere else. God bless

Staff very nice. ....Room was clean. BUT !!! Towels for 2 while registration for 3...... No coffee in room,,,,no breakfast as advertised,,,,no restaurant as advertised,,,,no usable pool as advertised... if you don't have it...don't advertise it. Grandchild with me very disappointed, as was I........

If any film makers are looking to make a film noir or a low budget horror movie, I'd highly suggest visiting this place. You start off by driving up a windy slick road to an unlit hotel sign. The place is managed by a very friendly couple, which is possibly the best thing about the hotel. The hotel also has an abandoned bar area, similar to the one in The Shining. The hotel was very empty, yet somehow wreaked of ****, maybe from the Ghost of Snoop D which possibly haunts the establishment. They don't serve breakfast due to the pandemic, which seems laughable since everyone else serves it. They also charge $20 for pets, which is common amongst many hotel chains. There was a blood stain on the bed, a dirty hand towel behind the bed, and NO HOT WATER! And this is coming from a Northerner where people swim in outdoor pools when it is 55F and up outside. At $70/night (including pet few), I'd highly suggest staying at a Motel 6(which has been cleaner, in my experience). Clean sheets and hot water is vital to receive anything over a 1 star.

Booked two rooms for a 2 night stay during a WVU Football trip up from Roanoke VA. The rooms themselves seem relatively recently redone, hard floors and clean-ish. That said, the rest of the motel is a bit of a dump. Strange, bad smells in the hallways. Overpriced considering the accomidations. Booked two Queen bed rooms, and our room had a full bed. Wife and I were super cramped. No extra pillows or blankets. No coffee makers in rooms, and the "restaurant" coffee was mud. The Bar is just that, a literal bar with a few stools and a pool table. Extremely limited selection of drinks (shots of cheap liquor or cheap domestic beer). Also closed at 10. Would not stay here again and felt very overcharged.
