Great place to stay if you are visiting Yala National Park. Very new and well maintained facilities with the team of professional warmly welcomes you.

Just got back from the Hilton Yala Resort, and wow, what a place! We got there super early for our safari, like 5 AM early, and they already had snacks, tea, and coffee waiting for us. Talk about service! The safari was awesome. Our ranger, Pasindu, knew everything about Yala and the animals. We even got a yummy bento box with fresh juice to take with us, which was a nice touch. When we got back, our room was already ready, even though check-in wasn't for hours. As Hilton Honors members, we felt like VIPs. Big shoutout to Geethanji and the whole crew for making our stay so awesome. Manohari took such good care of us, and Chef Shakir's food was out of this world! Honestly, this is one of the best resorts we've ever stayed at. It's fancy but still super friendly and welcoming. We totally recommend it and can't wait to go back for a longer stay!

We stayed for 2 nights and LOVED every minute of it! Food was amazing staff beyond friendly and our room with the pool was serene after the safari trip. Highly recommended

It was my birthday, I have mentioned to hotel before check in. We had dinner and made a request for a cake they confirmed we waited no cake came. We didn’t ask for anything complementary or free we were paying for it. This is the first year I celebrate my birthday with no cake or celebration. Very disappointed although I have chosen Hilton since it’s a 5 star international hotel . Every year all hotels even the 3 , 4 or 5 celebrate. They even didn’t Say happy birthday. Extremely disappointed with their services . Other than that they were too slow in checking in check out. Serving the lunch, serving the dinner I’m disappointed with their service

My family and I have just checked out after a 4 nights stay and I can hardly find the correct words to describe how beautiful this place was. The people working in this hotel are simply beautiful, the food is more than you could’ve ever expected (they will do anything for you, just ask for), the quality of the villa is top class. Each villa comes with a heated pool + the main pool which is huge and heated, too. We were on two different safaris and our kids simply loved it. We cannot find enough words to thank our ranger, Sanka @rangerbyaccident (follow him on IG), who did everything possible to entertain, but more important, to teach my son and my daughter the secrets of wildlife. Every morning he took my 6 yo son for a short adventure walk, teaching and showing him different footprints, chasing wild buffaloes, crocodiles or elephants. A man fully dedicated to the wild. He didn’t teach them algebra or science, but he taught them life. Couldn’t be more grateful and thankful for this experience! A place I would highly recommend!

The Hilton Yala Resort is a fantastic hotel that does its utmost to incorporate a luxurious hotel experience and a strong connection to nature. We had the pleasure to stay at the resort for 5 nights and especially enjoyed the Chef's offer to customize any dish and of course the safaris. I can't recommend this hotel enough IF you are interested in learning about and experiencing nature, while living in some of the most modern and stylish rooms and villas in the area. The one tiny small point of improvement I can offer is that it would be nice if the staff brought cold water to you when at the big swimming pool. We had to either bring our own or walk up to the reception and ask for it which seems unnecessarily complicated. I am not sure why this is being done but I can't imagine that this will interfere with the wildlife on the premises?
