Personnel très à l'écoute des clients, chambre très propre et bien décorée, très bonne literie, déjeuner très copieux. Belle vue sur le port de Palavas les Flots. Merci à la nouvelle direction qui s'investit avec énormément attention pour ces clients. Nous renouvelerons certainement un séjour dans cet hôtel.

A fuir accueil redoutable, mal fréquent et rien à voir avec ce qui est proposé, pas d’ascenseur aucuns accès handicapés ou aux normes Une honte sur l’accueil , première fois que je vis ça A fuir D’autre hôtel propose tellement mieux sur ou a ville et à moitié de leurs prix non justifié

Je devais participer à un congrès médical début juin 2024. J'ai réservé par le biais de Booking mon séjour près de 8 mois avant le congrès. On m'a demandé de confirmer ma réservation (avec débit de ma carte de crédit) près de 8 jours avant ma venue. Et puis comme une fleur, trois jours avant mon départ, je suis informé par Booking que l'hôtel avait annulé ma réservation pour raison d'ouverture décalée de l'hôtel, alors que le site de l'hôtel montre que l'hôtel est bien ouvert. Ce n'est pas an traitant ses clients de cette manière que l'on peut envisager de les fidéliser. C'est une attitude lamentable de la part de ce qui semble n'être qu'un marchand de sommeil.

I was highly impressed with my stay at the Ghm Les 4 Hotel. It exceeded my expectations. On the first day, I was greeted by the owner at the reception area. My luggage was taken to my room, and I had complimentary room service breakfast the next day. Breakfast was the healthiest breakfast I ate throughout my whole Europe trip. The view was spectacular. I was able to open my windows and smell the fresh sea air. I had a picturesque view of the Mediterranean on one side and, on the other, the mountains in the distance. The hotel is seated at the edge of a water canal that connects to the Mediterranean. Fishermen in the morning bring their catch where locals purchase their seafood. The room decoration was very artistic and contemporary. It was the ideal room that would inspire Earnest Hemingway to write a novel. The community has plenty of good restaurants and a good sense of nightlife. The people are great. They are very easy to strike up a conversation with. I will return to this hotel. It is number one on my list.

Réservation dans cet établissement via une plateforme pour un déplacement professionnel. Arrivé devant l'établissement à 19h15 celui est plongé dans la pénombre. Ne tenté n'y de sonner n'y de téléphoner personne ne vous répondra. J'ai donc dû me résoudre à trouver un autre hôtel pour la nuit avec le surcoût que celà entraîne. Plusieurs tentatives de coup de téléphone le lendemain mais toujours pas de réponse, même plus de sonnerie, le répondeur prends directement le relais. Bien évidemment la nuitée avait été réglée en amont par ma société. Une honte pour un établissement 4 étoiles. A FUIR !!!!!!

Voilà un bel hôtel au design moderne et chic qui mérite le détour si vous passez à Palavas. il est très bien situé , la déco est magnifique et le responsable est disponible et accueillant.

Un moment parfait de la réception , à la nuit , a l’emplacement idéal et au petit déjeuné ! Un pure régale ! Tout étais parfait merci Nous avons adoré profitez des joutes à meme la fenêtre de notre chambre. Le personnel est discret et à l’écoute .
